Passionate about theatre, and thrilled audiences this year in Frankenstein at the National, alternating between the title role and his monstrous creation.
確かに、『SHERLOCK/シャーロック』で全国知名度になった後はスピルバーグ作品や、名だたる英国俳優との共演TTSSに出演。2012年はBBC+HBOのフラッグシップ・ドラマ『Parade's End』主演。舞台も昔から実力を認められていたものの、ダニー・ボイル演出の『Frankestein』ではジョニー・リー・ミラーとダブル主演の日替わり役柄交代で話題を呼びました。
しばらくは巨大予算の映画などに出たいんだと野望を語っていましたが、1年に1本くらいは舞台に立ってほしいと切実に願います(T^T)
