＜粗筋＞
Dawn (Claire Foy - Little Dorrit) and David (Benedict Cumberbatch - Atonement) have moved back to the village where he grew up, to start a family. Their relationship seems idyllic, but getting pregnant is proving difficult and adding to the strain of building their perfect home.The couple receive a surprise visit from David’s brother Nick (Shaun Evans - The Take). Nick is a soldier, on leave. His vulnerability affects Dawn and David and his presence slowly exposes the lies embedded in their relationship. Through Nick, Dawn discovers more about the brothers’ painful childhood. She begins to wonder how well she knows her husband…
Disorientated by David’s sudden volatility, Dawn becomes implicated in the strange tension between the brothers. She too will become a liar and her fight to have David back will lead her into dark places.
With compelling performances by brilliant young British actors, Wreckers is a drama about the fragile relationship between truth and intimacy.
マイホームパパで兄弟のイロイロに悩むバージョンでしょうか。Bennyは一人っ子なので実生活できょうだい問題を抱えたことはないのではないかと思われますが、赤ちゃんと一緒の写真なんかを見ると、長年の恋人オリヴィアと子供を持つことを話している、と本人が言ってましたので近い将来の絵かもしれないですね～。
Bennyって、やっぱり元は巻き毛の人でしょうか。TTSSでは敢えてストレート？(笑)
